Lille 0-0 Nice ratings: Diouf pivotal, Bouaddi unrecognisable | OneFootball

Yéhvann Diouf's interventions helped Nice take a point in a 0-0 draw at Lille on matchday 30. L'Équipe notes the hosts, typified by Ayyoub Bouaddi, did not show their best.

Early on, Aïssa Mandi made a decisive tackle on Elye Wahi on seven minutes, while Bouaddi lost possession on seven and nine minutes. Wahi then finished neatly, only for a marginal offside to rule it out on 12 minutes after he had won a shoulder to shoulder with Bouaddi.

Diouf, rated seven, saved from Fernandez-Pardo on 38 minutes after Mendy's error. Mandi produced another key tackle on 49 minutes, Diouf was helped by his post on 53 minutes and he then dealt with Ethan Mbappé's dangerous cross on 56 minutes, with Félix Correia replaced by Mbappé the same minute.

On 65 minutes, Bouaddi sliced a left-foot attempt and almost hurt himself. He was withdrawn for Osame Sahraoui on 78 minutes, with Wahi replaced by Tiago Gouveia on 90 minutes and Sofiane Diop by Kaïl Boudache moments later.

Mandi earned seven, assuming long passing in Nabil Bentaleb's absence after an operation and leading touches with 119. Juma Bah also scored seven, strong in duels and secure on the ball, and Diouf impressed in the air. Wahi received six for persistent threat.

Correia took three after losing all four duels and creating nothing despite frequent box entries. Bouaddi was given four, winning one of five duels. Benjamin André also rated four, unusually imprecise in interventions and in possession, while Diop's four reflected flashes only and no Ligue 1 contribution for nearly three months.
