The 29-year-old Swedish international forward has signed a three-year deal with the Serie A Femminile club and returns to Italy after previously spending two successful seasons at Juventus, where she won back-to-back league titles, two Super Cups, and a Coppa Italia.
Hurtig arrived at Arsenal in August 2022 and made her debut in a 4–0 win against Brighton & Hove Albion. Across 37 appearances in all competitions, she scored seven goals and played a role in the club’s 2023 and 2024 League Cup wins.
Her final act as an Arsenal player was to lift the UEFA Women’s Champions League trophy in Lisbon, although she missed the closing stages of the campaign after picking up a training-ground injury prior to the quarter-final against Real Madrid.

Before her time in England, Hurtig had already built an impressive CV. She won the Damallsvenskan with Linköpings in 2017, following spells with Gustafs GoIF and Umeå IK, and was signed by Juventus in 2020. Her performances in Serie A and the Champions League further enhanced her reputation as a technically adept, versatile attacker.
Internationally, Hurtig has earned over 70 caps for Sweden since her debut in 2014, scoring more than 20 goals. She was part of the side that won the UEFA U19 Championship in 2012 and claimed silver at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
Off the pitch, she has been a vocal advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion. Hurtig married her wife Lisa in 2019, and the couple welcomed their second child in late 2024.
