Nottingham Forest have confirmed that chief executive Lina Souloukou will step down at the end of the season. The club said in a statement that she had decided to leave, praised her role during a period of success and thanked her for her work.
Souloukou was appointed in December 2024 and formally started in January 2025.
The former Roma chief executive had previously worked with owner Evangelos Marinakis at Olympiacos.
Her exit follows Craig Mulholland’s recent departure, the former head of football development joining the Scottish FA as chief football officer.
Further changes are anticipated this summer, with global head of football Edu expected to leave after a stint that has not gone to plan.
It is a significant close season for Forest. Under head coach Vitor Pereira they secured Premier League safety with two games to spare and reached the Europa League semi-finals. The target is to avoid another relegation fight when the 2026/27 campaign begins.
