Robertson was replaced by Milos Kerkez in the starting lineup for the early portion of the season - with Richard Hughes paying £40m for his ex-Bournemouth charge.
However some dubious performances from the Hungarian have allowed Robbo back in - and his decision to decline a move to Atletico Madrid last summer appears vindicated.
And while Celtic are thought to be keen on adding Robertson to their squad for next season, a new report in 67 Hail Hail claims that Liverpool are planning a contract summit with their left-back in the new year.
“Everyone is aware of Robertson’s ties with Celtic, but as it stands I am told that the player firmly believes he still has a future at Liverpool,” the report reads.
“His deal at Anfield is due to expire, but I believe that as it stands they will be talking to him soon, probably heading into the New Year about new terms.
“It won’t be long-term but as he has proven so far this season that he is more than capable of playing at the top-level.”

Robertson has been at Liverpool since 2017 - making an £8m move from Hull City. He has gone on to win all the biggest prizes in the club game - including two Premier Leagues and the Champions League.
Given his age - and his £160k per week salary - it is no surprise that Richard Hughes might be unsure about offering Robertson a renewal at this stage. But the player has proven in recent months that he is not finished yet.
