TEAMtalk reports that Liverpool are eyeing Rayo Vallecano right-back Andrei Ratiu for the next transfer window, at the request of new head coach Andoni Iraola.
Iraola worked with the Romanian international during their time together at Rayo and views his profile as a fit for the approach he plans to implement at Anfield.

Ratiu was among Rayo's standout performers last season.
His release clause is €25 million, a figure that would shape any negotiations between the clubs.
There is no formal offer at this stage, but Liverpool's interest has put the right-back in the shop window ahead of a potentially decisive summer for his future.
