Liverpool are eyeing up a move for Christian Pulisic after his outstanding start to the season with AC Milan. The Reds face some competition, however.
CalcioMercato makes the claim. They say Liverpool are one of three Premier League clubs looking at Pulisic right now.
Manchester United and West Ham United are the other two - but it’s the Reds who front the queue. They ‘greatly’ like Pulisic and are interested in a move.
The player’s wages aren’t an issue, either, as €6m per year is easily affordable for top Premier League sides. The bigger question is the fee.
The report suggests Pulisic’s value might be back to where it was pre-Chelsea - and they could be right. He was once one of the most sought-after young players in football, after all, but his move to the Blues really killed the hype.
This season, though, things are moving in the right direction. Pulisic has five goals and three assists already this season, playing across multiple positions.
Milan have started him on the right, the left and the middle - and he’s delivering from everywhere.
