According to Get German Football News, Eintracht Frankfurt will not extend Mahmoud Dahoud’s contract beyond the summer, leaving the 30-year-old available on a free transfer and already drawing enquiries from several clubs.
Dahoud joined Eintracht on a free from Brighton in 2024.
He has made 17 appearances across all competitions this season, but only three of seven under Albert Riera, starting once.
The Syrian was omitted from the squad for Matchday 27 against Mainz, and was an unused substitute against Freiburg, St. Pauli and Heidenheim.
A turbulent close season is looming for Frankfurt. Defeat to Mainz left the Hessen side eight points off sixth-placed Bayer Leverkusen with seven games remaining.
