The England international is once again enjoying a brilliant season with Villa and his performances have not gone unnoticed.
The former Middlesbrough man has been watched closely by noy only Man United and Chelsea but also by Liverpool and Arsenal.
He has been the driving force of Unai Emery’s side and their main attacking outlet once again this season.
As per the report, both the Premier League giants have not been put off by the high asking price that Villa have set for Rogers.
Emery’s side are expected to demand £100 million for the 23-year-old, who has eight goals and five assists from 31 appearances in the top flight this season.
Pete O’Rourke told Football Insider:
“His price tag will be pretty hefty, it’ll be well in excess of £100million probably if somebody wanted to sign him, because he’s under a long-term contract until 2031.
“But even with that price tag, it won’t scare people off, some of the big clubs in the Premier League and across Europe will be ready to test Villa’s resolve in the summer.”

Both Man United and Chelsea can make a strong case for the young attacking Englishman.
The Red Devils and the Blues are going through a period of transition but going by their form and their future ambitions, it appears like a move to Man United would appeal more to Rogers.
It is highly likely that Man United will be able to offer him Champions League football next season, something which remains a doubt for Chelsea.
Rogers is reportedly open for a new challenge in his career and the INEOS-led revolution at Old Trafford could appeal him.
