Manchester United are reluctant to sell Marcus Rashford to a Premier League rival, amid interest from several sides.

Rashford has returned to Manchester United after a season-long loan spell at Barcelona, where he scored 14 goals and helped the Catalan side to La Liga success.

However, the Spanish champions opted against signing Rashford permanently, despite a £26m purchase option in the deal.

The 28-year-old is now considering his future and has interest from Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, according to the iPaper.

Arsenal are in the market for a left-sided forward after missing out on Morgan Rogers to Chelsea, while Spurs are keen to add Rashford to their frontline.

Despite that, Manchester United are reluctant to sell Rashford to a direct rival and would prefer a sale abroad. Rashford’s preference is also a move to the continent, if a leading club can be found.

Bayern Munich were linked with Rashford earlier this summer, though have since signed Ismael Saibari from PSV Eindhoven. Paris Saint-Germain are long-term admirers, but are focused instead on deals for Yan Diomande and Maghnes Akliouche.
