The Barclays Women’s Super League returns after the international break with Manchester City the leaders by a point from Chelsea.

Manchester United meet Arsenal in the early match, with the hosts third and two points ahead of the Gunners in fifth.

Newcomers Crystal Palace take on Manchester City, Brighton – just goal-difference outside the top three – entertain Leicester City.

There is a London derby between Spurs and West Ham, with the Hammers bottom on goal-difference from Everton and Aston Villa.

Villa have a late afternoon start at home to Liverpool, before the Toffees go up against Chelsea in the evening game with the Blues three currently three points off the top with a game in hand.

First up in the Championship is a Saturday match between Sheffield United and London City, the Blades having got off the mark last time out and the Lionesses having a chance to go level on points with leaders Birmingham City.

The Blues host fifth-placed Newcastle United, second-in-the-table Charlton Athletic have home advantage over Southampton.

Durham in fourth travel to Blackburn Rovers, while Sunderland entertain mid-table Bristol City whom they trail by four points.

Grace McCatty, who played over 100 times for Sunderland, has come out of retirement to re-join the side for the rest of the season.
