As per the Athletic report, Savinho is set to extend his contract at City until 2031. Savinho’s current deal expires in 2029. Furthermore, Rai and Campbell report that Savinho was open to a move to Tottenham last summer. But Manchester City had no intention of selling the Brazilian winger. It now seems there will be no chance of City selling Savinho anytime soon.

Savinho can potentially become a key player for Pep Guardiola’s side if his game develops.

Savinho showed flashes of brilliance during his first season at Manchester City. He made 48 appearances in all competitions, scored three goals, and contributed thirteen assists.
