In a recent report, Fichajes claimed that Manchester United are eyeing a move for Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams. It has been mentioned that the Red Devils are willing to offer €80m to acquire the services of the Spanish wide player.

Williams’ Impressive Form In Spanish Football

Williams is having a decent campaign in La Liga as he has put in a run of impressive displays for Bilbao in the final third. The Spain international has made 26 appearances for his current employers this season, scoring four goals and picking up six assists in multiple competitions.

The 23-year-old is currently among the most feared wingers in La Liga. Thus, it is no surprise that Man United are showing interest in recruiting him in the summer transfer window.

His current contract at the San Mames Stadium will expire in the summer of 2035, which could make it difficult for the Red Devils to sign him on the cheap later this year.
