Manchester United are increasingly open to letting Rasmus Hojlund join Milan on loan, but it would cost €6m plus his whole salary covered, claims Fabrizio Romano.
There had already been multiple reports over the last 48 hours that the Rossoneri were intensifying negotiations for the striker.
Now it would seem as if those talks are progressing well, with Manchester United now prepared to let him go out on loan, with or without an option to buy.

However, transfer pundit Romano warns the Premier League side would want €6m for the one-season loan, and for Milan to cover Hojlund’s sizeable salary while at San Siro.
This is believed to be circa €4m per season net, around €7m gross.
There is an additional problem, namely that the former Atalanta centre-forward still thinks he can fight it out for his place at Old Trafford.
The arrival of Benjamin Sesko might change his mind, further limiting his playing time this season.

Still only 22 years of age, the Dane scored 10 goals with four assists in 52 competitive games for Manchester United last season.
He started 38 of those matches, but would get nowhere near that kind of regularity this time around.
