Marcus Rashford trains separately from Barcelona squad | OneFootball

Incoming Barcelona signing Marcus Rashford took part in only a short section of the club’s morning training session on Tuesday.

That’s according to Blaugrana insider Javier Miguel of Diario AS, who has provided an insight into the latest developments at The Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.

Despite having not yet been announced as an official Barca player, frontman Rashford was earlier today permitted to link up with his new teammates in Catalunya’s capital.

As per Javier Miguel, however:

‘He spent the first few minutes with his teammates during Flick’s talk and warm-up stretches, but then he did specific work with a physical trainer.’

It is also noted that Rashford remains in recovery from a hamstring injury suffered late last season.

Rashford is expected to be unveiled as a Blaugrana player at some point over the next 24 hours, before joining the club’s stars on their flight to Asia for an upcoming pre-season tour.
