Adam Jeffery (Tottenham Hotspur)
Adam Jeffery has joined Tottenham Hotspur’s staff as first-team coach.
He becomes part of head coach Martin Ho’s technical team after spending time at West Ham United. He was previously assistant coach at Crystal Palace, helping them to promotion to the Barclays Women’s Super League for the first time in their history in the 2023-24 season.
Before that, he was with Reading, first leading their under-16s programme, before becoming an assistant coach for the first team, helping guide them to a fourth-place finish in the WSL in 2017-18, working under head coach Kelly Chambers, and reaching the semi-finals of the Women’s FA Cup the following season, where they lost on penalties to West Ham.
Speaking on his arrival, Adam said in a statement: “I had a really good conversation with Martin and we align on a lot of things, in terms of the way we want our team to play. I’m just happy to be here and want to hit the ground running.
“We both see football in a similar way and we want the team to play in a similar style. I’m looking to bring some different elements to what the team have already been building so far this season.”
Ho – who was appointed in July after a successful stint in charge of SK Brann – said: “We’re delighted to welcome Adam to the technical team at Tottenham Hotspur. He brings real value through his tactical and technical knowledge, with exceptional attention to detail. Just as importantly, he’s a great person and he cares deeply about both individual and team development.
“This will support the team culture and environment we have and continue to evolve. Adam will complement our existing staff really well, and I’m excited to have him with us as we continue building together.”
Jeffery fills the vacancy left by Bri Campos, who left the club earlier in September.
She had joined Tottenham from BK Hacken in January to assist then-coach Robert Vilahamn, and is now working with Sweden’s youth squads.
Vicky Jepson was also part of Vilahamn’s technical team, having previously served as interim head coach, but announced in May 2025 that she would be leaving the club at the end of the season to take up a new role as head coach of the USA’s under-20s.
She had joined Tottenham in 2021 after spending ten years at Liverpool, with spells there as youth coach, development coach, assistant coach and head coach.
