Argentina have called up Lucas Martínez Quarta to replace Leonardo Balerdi after a late injury ruled Balerdi out before training in Ezeiza.
The federation announced around midday that Balerdi had been withdrawn and Martínez Quarta added to the squad for this international window.

Argentina will meet Mauritania and Zambia in this FIFA window, their final fixtures before the United States, Qatar and Mexico 2026 World Cup.
Although Balerdi had recently earned a place in the side, missing these games could complicate his chances of making the final 2026 squad.
For Martínez Quarta, the friendlies offer a key chance to get minutes and showcase his level as he aims to convince Lionel Scaloni.
The World Cup is due to begin in approximately 80 days.
