Carly Williams' side will look to finish the season strong in their penultimate league fixture as they head on the road to relegation-threatened Sport London e Benfica.
The Bees currently sit second in the division, two points behind first-placed Saltdean United, who also have two games in hand.
The west Londoners earned a late draw to promotion challengers Dartford United last time out in the league, as they came from behind to level the game at 2-2.
Katie Gilligan put Brentford ahead early on with her first goal for the club, before Dartford equalised and then went ahead in the second half.
Skipper Maddie Phillips scored her third penalty in as many games to tie the match at the death after Asees Sangha was fouled in the box.
Most recently, Williams' side beat a Stevenage XI 2-0 away from home in a friendly.
Freya Worsley opened the scoring and Wiktoria Kiszkis added a wonderful volley in the second half as the Bees defeated their Tier 4 opponents.
Sport London e Benfica currently sit second-bottom in the LSE Premier with six points after facing a points deduction.
With two wins and a draw from their 20 games, the side will be relegated from Tier 5 if they do not beat Brentford this weekend.
The two sides have faced each other twice this season, with the Bees coming out as 3-1 winners in the Capital Cup, and 5-0 winners at Wheatsheaf Park in the league.
The match venue is Rectory Park, home of the Middlesex FA (UB5 6AU).

Speaking ahead of the game, captain Georgia Wood said: "I'm so excited to lead the girls out; we're not to be underestimated.
"We're all so passionate and grateful to have the opportunity to showcase our ability at Wheatsheaf Park; it’s such a lovely pitch and it should be a good contest."
The Bees put four past bottom of the league CB Hounslow Abbots in their last fixture, as they look to end the season in strong fashion having already claimed the title.
Paula Holguin netted a brace as Marta Boabonay also got on the scoresheet. Eva Ralston then got in on the action, scoring her first goal in red and white.
Previously in the Capital Cup, the west Londoners knocked out Richmond Park Under-18s with a 2-0 win thanks to goals from Holguin and Kirsty Matthews.
