Maxence Lacroix has completed a move to Chelsea on a contract running to 2032, leaving Crystal Palace for around €60m. The club said in a statement that the France defender has joined on a long-term deal.
He helped Palace win the Europa Conference League, FA Cup and Community Shield last season.

Under Oliver Glasner, the centre-back became a mainstay and started all 55 matches for the Eagles.
Before moving to England, he made more than 130 appearances for Wolfsburg.
That consistency earned him a first France call-up, then he featured at the 2026 World Cup.
