Le Parisien reports that Mbappé has voiced unhappiness within the Real Madrid dressing room, arguing the problem is intensity rather than quality, and has identified four team-mates he considers below the physical and competitive level the club demands.
The players named are Vinícius Júnior, Jude Bellingham, Fede Valverde and Eduardo Camavinga.
He views Vinícius’s off-ball work as insufficient, with spells where he walks, does not press and offers limited defensive help. With Bellingham, the concern is not ability but defensive involvement, including tracking back, plus doubts over his condition in some games.
He feels Valverde is no longer at recent physical levels, having lost presence in sustained effort and the capacity to impose his engine. Camavinga, despite a good personal relationship, is judged short of full fitness, lacking rhythm and continuity in his contribution.
This is linked to what he sees as inadequate physical preparation and an overall drop in day-to-day demands. To compete for trophies, he believes everyone must commit fully for the 90 minutes, without exceptions.
The stance has stirred debate and adds to an already tense dressing-room context, with performances and coaching decisions under the spotlight in recent weeks.
