Weston McKennie chose his ideal five-a-side football team including some legendary former Juventus teammates, but gave himself an unexpected role.

The USMNT midfielder sat down with DAZN Italia and was asked to pick his perfect players for a five-a-side tournament.

He chose former Juventus teammates Gigi Buffon and Cristiano Ronaldo, plus heroes Ronaldinho, Lionel Messi, and Kaka.

All of those except for Messi have played in Serie A at some point in their careers.

That means there is no room for McKennie in the squad, but he has that sorted out.

“I’ll take me as coach. Yeah, I’ll take the coach!”

McKennie picks his perfect 5-a-side team
