Match- Toronto FC hosts FC Cincinnati

Pick- Toronto TT O1.5 -102

Toronto has looked good in 2026, finally shedding the reputation they gained last season by drawing 8 of their final 10 matches.  They should be able to score twice this weekend, which lands as my first official play.

Cincinnati has allowed 13 goals in their last 3 matches, and again have defender Miles Robinson questionable with a groin injury.  I do think that they will rebound soon and find defensive form, but there is no reason to believe that is happening this weekend.

Toronto’s team total over 1.5 goals in the play, at -102 odds.

Match- CF Montreal hosts Philadelphia Union

Pick- Philadelphia TT O1.5 +118

The Philadelphia Union are off to a miserable 0-6 start, but I don’t think they’re quite as bad as their record reflects.  For example, they have 1.58 xG per game this season, while allowing only 1.18 xGA.  This offense should wake up soon, and I have them to score twice as my second official play.

CF Montreal are 1-5 this season, which provides the perfect backdrop for the Union’s first win of the season.  Only one time this season, their 3-0 win over RBNY, did CF Montreal prevent an opponent from scoring twice.

Current trends point to Philadelphia heading towards a correction.  This week I have them at +118 to find that first two-goal match of 2026.

Match- Inter Miami hosts New York Red Bulls

Pick- BTTS No Draw -116

Inter Miami played two must-win games in 2026.  With a loss in CONCACAF and a draw in their new stadium’s inaugural game, they don’t seem to have the urgency that they did at the end of 2025.  This week, they play the New York Red Bulls.

RBNY is playing spoiler this season.  They are unpredictable, with unexplained good and poor performances.  They might be one of the tougher teams to predict in all of Major League Soccer. However, there is still value we can find when Inter Miami hosts RBNY this weekend.

RBNY and Inter Miami are 6-6 lifetime, with no draws.  With the youth and exuberance of the Red Bulls facing the skill and technique of MLS’s best, I think we find a winner.  That winner is likely Miami, but I need to account for all variables here.

Both Teams to Score and No Draw is the official play, this week at -116 odds.

Match- NE Revolution host DC United

Pick- New England TT O1.5 +108

This week, I like the New England Revolution to score twice against DC United.  The Revs have 9 goals in two 2026 home matches, beating FC Cincinnati and CF Montreal.  The implied probability of a +108 bet is just 48.08%, while the actual likelihood of the Revs scoring twice is much higher.

DC United has only allowed home teams to score twice in 2 of their 6 matches this season, but that includes some bad offenses (like Atlanta and Philadelphia). In this case, the home team Revolution scoring twice at even money seems like a value.

Match- FC Dallas hosts St. Louis City

Pick- FC Dallas +105

FC Dallas should win this match, as they found good offensive form lately.  They have 8 goals in their last 2 matches, and 11 goals in their last 3.  Petar Musa has looked good, scoring 7 goals (add one for Croatia, as well), and Logan Farrington has stepped up as well.

St. Louis City is always good for a surprisingly inept performance, but I don’t think their trip into Texas this weekend will prove fruitful.

FC Dallas to win at +105 gives them an implied probability of 48.78%, while my model shows them with a 52% chance to win.

Match- Colorado Rapids host Houston Dynamo

Pick- Colorado +125

The Colorado Rapids are 3-3 to start 2026, but they are 2-0 at home with a +5 goal differential.  This week, they host the Houston Dynamo, and they will try to restore Dick’s Sporting Goods Park to the fortress it could be. At altitude, the Rapids have more than a generic home advantage.

The Houston Dynamo are 2-3, but both of their wins came with extra preparation time; they won the first match of the season and the match after their snow postponed game against the Revs.

Colorado should win, and +125 is one of the most advantageous home odds of the week.
