Mohamed Salah is now firmly etched into the Reds’ history, and he keeps proving it season after season. Despite facing challenges this campaign, the Pharaoh remains one of Liverpool’s true stars.
The Egyptian international (113 caps, 65 goals) led Liverpool into the FA Cup quarter-finals by netting one of the Reds’ three goals against Wolves on Friday night (1-3). That was his second goal in this year’s FA Cup and his ninth in 31 appearances across all competitions this season.
The 33-year-old winger has now scored 254 goals in a Liverpool shirt since joining from AS Roma in 2017. He stands as the third highest scorer in the club’s history, behind only Ian Rush and Roger Hunt.
