Moretti takes legal action, challenges the leadership void

San Lorenzo is going through decisive hours institutionally. Marcelo Moretti submitted a document to Court No. 51 to request the annulment of the Board of Directors meeting that declared the vacancy, considering that the minutes have legal flaws and do not represent a valid decision.

For now, the club has not received any official notification, and the Extraordinary Assembly on Monday, December 22, remains scheduled. There, the resignations will be addressed, a transitional government would be elected, and the call for elections would be defined, although no one rules out that a last-minute judicial resolution could change the scenario.
