José Mourinho is ready to return to the helm immediately.
The “Special One” is reportedly one step away from taking over at Benfica, which has decided to fire Bruno Lage after the unexpected defeat against Qarabag.

As reported by A Bola, Rui Costa is working to finalize the deal with the former Roma manager as early as today.
Mourinho would return to Benfica after 25 years and will coach the team that caused his separation from Fenerbahçe.
The Turkish club decided to sack him after their elimination from the Champions League at the hands of the Portuguese club.
He will face Antonio Conte’s Napoli on December 10th in Europe’s top club competition and will face a player long sought after by the Giallorossi: Richard Rios.
