Nantes have been ordered to play one home match behind closed doors next season after crowd trouble forced the abandonment of their Ligue 1 meeting with Toulouse.
According to Le Progres, the LFP disciplinary commission delivered its verdict on Wednesday, imposing the punishment after a pitch invasion on 17 May at the start of the game by ultras angered by relegation to Ligue 2. The sanction had been expected.
The fixture formed part of the 24th and final round of Ligue 1. The 0-0 score at the time of the stoppage has been confirmed as the official result.
In addition to the full stadium closure for one game, the Loire stand, from which the incidents originated, will be shut for two further matches.
Nantes avoid a points deduction for next season in Ligue 2, a penalty the club had been facing.
