Newcastle made a blistering start to their Premier League game at Everton on Saturday.
The Magpies were seeking a response to four consecutive away defeats and started well at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

With their first goalscoring opportunity, Newcastle had the ball in the net as Malick Thiaw rose highest inside a congested penalty area and headered into the net.
It was the summer arrivals' first for the club and came after just 55 seconds - making it the quickest Premier League goal of the 2025/26 campaign so far.
