Swedish forward Alexander Isak continues to press for move to Liverpool this summer despite Newcastle United’s firm stance on keeping him.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that Isak remains determined to join Liverpool. The Reds're also keen and prepared to make another bid should Newcastle soften their position.

Earlier this summer, Liverpool'd 110 million sterling pound offer rejected, with Newcastle unwilling to part with their star striker especially as they prepare for Champions league football.

For now the standoff continues, with Isak pushing for move and Liverpool waiting for their chance.
