Francesco Pio Esposito is “unsellable at any price” for Inter Milan despite Napoli inquiring after an injury to Romelu Lukaku.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews.
Inter Milan have made striker Francesco Pio Esposito a part of their first team plans for next season.
After two seasons on loan with Spezia, Pio Esposito got his chance with the Nerazzurri first team at the Club World Cup this summer.
The 20-year-old grabbed the opportunity with both hands. He convinced Inter that he’s ready to contribute this coming season.

There has certainly been no shortage of transfer interest in Pio Esposito despite Inter’s decision to keep him.
Apart from numerous teams eyeing the young striker up on loan, Napoli have long targeted Pio Esposito. They’ve wanted to sign the striker outright.
However, Inter have always rebuffed any advances from the Partenopei for Pio Esposito.
In the meantime, Napoli striker Romelu Lukaku has suffered a serious injury. Therefore, the Belgian will be out for several months.
As a result, Napoli have been searching for a new striker in the last couple weeks of the transfer window.
One possibility that the reigning Italian champions sounded out was Pio Esposito.
However, Inter immediately made their stance clear to Napoli. They are not going to listen to any offers for Pio Esposito this summer. They don’t consider him to be for sale at any price.
