Nottingham Forest have parted company with head coach Vitor Pereira, with five members of his backroom staff also leaving. The club said in a statement that a mutual break clause in his contract had been exercised.

Appointed in February, Pereira kept the Reds in the Premier League with two games to spare and led a run to the Europa League semi-finals.
