Nottingham Forest appear ready to stand firm on Elliot Anderson’s valuation after Manchester City lodged a second bid.
According to The Athletic, the latest offer included a guaranteed sum with potential add-ons, and Forest want any fixed fee to surpass a figure set last summer.
