FC Bayern Munich are currently working on developing plans for the players they have loaned out so far. A considerable number of them are to be sold, which is also Max Eberl’s task

Joao Palhinha, Bryan Zaragoza, Alexander Nübel and Sacha Boey are said to be leaving the club permanently, while Daniel Peretz is already on the verge of leaving and is expected to move to Southampton shortly

Bayern will receive around 7-8 million euros for this deal, with further income to follow. However, a player who was recently loaned out will be offered a new contract, as reported in the transfer update on Sky

Ibrahimovic to sign new contract

The player in question is the attacking all-rounder Arijon Ibrahimović, who was last loaned out to 1. FC Heidenheim, relegated with the club, but had some very good games under his belt and also developed very well personally

There are interested parties for him, including from England, the Netherlands and also the Bundesliga. A sale is conceivable if he does not extend his contract, but Bayern have made him an offer and would plan to use him as a flexible squad player

The question is: does the player want to take on a backup role at Bayern, where he could be dropped from the squad, or is he more motivated to take on a bigger role in a new environment?

Ibrahimovic and his advisors will have to decide that. What is clear is that an offer from FCB is on the table and he is now under pressure to make a move. After all, his contract only runs for one more year. If he decides against an extension or hesitates too long, Bayern will want to sell him. A transfer fee of eight to ten million euros could be a realistic sum, especially considering the potential he brings to the table.
