Juventus have officially sent Lois Openda to Olympique Lyonnais on loan at a cost of €3.5m, but there is no option to buy included in the agreement.
The Bianconeri announced the transfer with a formal statement this afternoon, which gave the precise details and figures of the move.
It is a dry loan until June 2027 and is completed at the consideration of €3.5m.

The 26-year-old was a huge flop for Juventus, arriving last summer from RB Leipzig on loan for €3.25m with an obligation to buy tied in for a further €42.75m.
If that had not been written into the contract, they would not have activated any option after just two goals in 34 competitive appearances.
Notably, only nine of those games were from the start, and in the last two months of the season, Openda made just one brief substitute appearance, watching his team struggle from the bench.
The hope is that Lyon can cover Openda’s wages and also let the Belgium international rediscover some form, so that Juventus can sell for a better price next summer.
