Official: Real Madrid star scoops international Man of the Match award | OneFootball

A member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid on Sunday secured for himself Man of the Match honours on the international front.

The player in question? Jude Bellingham.

Midfielder Bellingham was for his part in from the off this evening, as England made the trip to Albania for a World Cup qualifier.

When all was said and done, the Three Lions emerged on the right side of a 2-0 result, to keep alive a stellar run of form on the defensive front.

It was Bayern Munich hitman Harry Kane who proved himself difference-maker on the scoresheet, notching both of his country’s goals.

As alluded to above, though, his latest haul in front of goal was not enough for Kane to be named the game’s standout player.

Instead, Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham clinched Man of the Match honours, after securing the majority of the vote on the part of England’s supporters.
