OL are not panicking despite a four-match winless spell, having salvaged a late draw against Paris FC on Sunday.
According to Le Progres, Corentin Tolisso and Tyler Morton acknowledged the team’s current limits without looking for excuses, yet kept a positive outlook after the game.
Less incisive in many areas, Lyon have at least kept battling to the end. Sunday delivered a second straight late leveller, following the fightback against Lens.
At clubs of European stature, taking only one point from the last nine available, and seeing a seemingly open path to the Coupe de France final slip away in under three weeks, could provoke unrest.
Lyon, however, have maintained their composure, with the optimism shown in the mixed zone reflecting a refusal to give in.
