The latest developments in Euro 2024 have proven of an altogether noteworthy nature for La Liga giants Real Madrid.

As much comes with Los Blancos now aware of the status of two key members of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad for their upcoming pre-season tour of the USA.

Prior to the club’s stars departing for international duty with their respective nations earlier this summer, Real Madrid released a statement.

As part of as much, it was confirmed that any player whose nation advanced as far as the semi-finals of the European Championships would not be required to take their place on the club’s pre-season tour.

Owing to England’s penalty shootout downing of Switzerland earlier this evening, this means that Jude Bellingham will not make the trip to the United States.

Also set to miss out are the likes of Eduardo Camavinga, Kylian Mbappé, and Dani Carvajal.

On the other hand, following Turkey’s heartbreaking defeat at the hands of the Netherlands, Arda Güler will be required to link up with the rest of Carlo Ancelotti’s ranks this month.
