Liverpool's 2005/06 side was full of technical genius, with Xabi Alonso, Steven Gerrard and Luis García often displaying moments of brilliance in an extremely talented midfield.
All were more than capable match winners - a quality that García showcased to full effect in the FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea.
John Arne Riise caught out Petr Čech with a well-taken free-kick to open the scoring before García raced past Claude Makélélé and John Terry to fire in a decisive Liverpool second.
Although Chelsea pulled a late goal back, García's heroics booked Liverpool's spot in the 2006 cup final against West Ham, which the Reds won on penalties after a captivating 3-3 draw.
