Inter Milan are already planning for the summer transfer window and have identified Hellas Verona defender Rafik Belghali as a potential target.

Transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà broke down Inter’s current market approach, with quotes via L’Interista.

He began with the deal for Branimir Mlacic, which is now close to completion.

“Mlacic is the only real option for Inter right now,” Pedullà explained, adding that the club are waiting for final clearance before bringing the Croatian to Milan.

Pedullà then addressed Inter’s interest in Belghali.

The defender remains firmly on the club’s radar, but Inter cannot act immediately.

“For regulatory reasons, he cannot play for a third team,” Pedullà said.

As a result, talks will resume in the summer.

Competition for the player is already forming.

Pedullà confirmed that Juventus and Roma are also tracking Belghali and rate him highly.

He described the Verona man as a strong full-back with clear upside.

Inter’s interest fits a wider strategy focused on young defenders with growth potential.

No winter move is planned. However, Belghali remains one to watch as the Nerazzurri prepare for the next transfer window.
