A photo doing the rounds in the Spanish media on Wednesday is no doubt set to pique widespread attentions across the fanbase of La Liga giants Barcelona.

This comes amid confirmation that the agent of Manchester United star Marcus Rashford has touched down in the city.

Rashford’s name has of course reemerged as an altogether prominent one in the headlines across Spain over recent weeks.

This comes amid the widespread understanding that, after seeing their efforts to bring him in during the January transfer window come up short, Barcelona have returned to the fray for the Englishman in a major way.

With a deal for Liverpool star Luis Díaz proving a hugely costly one, the Blaugrana have earmarked Rashford as a more afforable alternative.

And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the press on Wednesday is anything to go by, then the Barca brass appear to have stepped up their efforts to bring the 27-year-old in.

As per a report from Diario Sport:

‘Deco met with Marcus Rashford’s agent on Wednesday morning at a hotel in Barcelona to discuss the possible incorporation of the Manchester United winger.’
