Coach Thiago Motta, Andrea Cambiaso, Gleison Bremer and Weston McKennie spoke to the press after Juventus’ 0-0 draw with Napoli at the Allianz Stadium.

COACH THIAGO MOTTA’S COMMENTS

“We performed well in transition, then we have to do better by committing more men forward. It was difficult to find space in the final third today, against a team that defends very well. We are not happy with the result, we put in a good performance but certainly not enough to win the game. [Pierre] Kalulu and [Teun] Koopmeiners only recently joined the club, but they have a fantastic attitude, they are two examples of that. [Manuel] Locatelli had a great game today, he trains well, he always communicates with his teammates. He's always focused on what he has to do, that's why Manu plays. The substitutions? They are the result of the mine and the staff's opinions; I have to analyse the matches and understand what to do.”

ANDREA CAMBIASO’S THOUGHTS

“We kept the ball well and risked almost nothing. We lacked a bit of precision in the final third, we will improve in that area. We have very strong players in attack, we have a lot of room for improvement. I always try to make myself useful for my teammates, the coach always says that. I try to take up the best position, I still have a lot to work on.”

GLEISON BREMER’S REACTION

“We dominated the game, it's a pity we didn't win it; we needed to score, but anyway, well done to everyone. We know that we are beginning a journey, at the moment we have a lot of possession, but we lack the final pass. We must continue like this, following what the coach asks of us.”

WESTON MCKENNIE'S REFLECTION ON THE GAME

"It's difficult to win games without scoring; today we all tried, even with [Teun] Koopmeiners trying to react first to second balls or rebounds. Dusan [Vlahovic]? Of course he wants to score, but the goal will come. But the whole team has to put him in positions to score.”
