Paris Saint-Germain are insistent that Vitinha and Joao Neves are untouchable this summer amid reports of Real Madrid interest.
Vitinha and Neves have been named as potential options for Real Madrid, after president Florentino Perez said his side are planning a €150m bid for a 'Galactico' signing this week.
Perez revealed that the transfer target was not based in the Premier League, nor Bayern Munich duo Harry Kane and Michael Olise.
It has led Paris Saint-Germain to be the likeliest current club of the unnamed target, while Real Madrid's desire for midfield reinforcements has placed Vitinha and Neves as primary suspects.
The Portugal internationals have been pillars of PSG's success over the last two seasons, as Luis Enrique's side have won back-to-backChampions League titles.
The French side this season became only the second team to defend the trophy in the Champions League era, after a penalty shootout win over Arsenal.
Fabrizio Romano has reported that Paris Saint-Germain's status on Vitinha and Neves has been made clear, with both players not for sale. The duo are considered key parts of the project and offers will not be entertained for either.
PSG want to keep their side together and target a third consecutive Champions League crown. Georgian winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has also been mentioned as a Real Madrid target.
Speaking last Thursday, ahead of his successful re-election as Real Madrid president this weekend, Perez hinted at a club record deal.
“I’m going to make an offer to a Champions League club very soon, on Tuesday. It will be the biggest fee Real Madrid has ever paid for a player in its history, at least €150 million ($173 million).
"It’s not Olise. He’s a great player, but it’s not him. It’s not Doku, it’s not Haaland, it’s not Kane. But he plays further forward. He’s not in the Premier League. He’s a total Galáctico.”
