Racing Club de Trelew’s senior squad have begun pre-season under Andrés Price, preparing for a campaign that opens with the Apertura 2026 in the Liga de Fútbol Valle del Chubut.
According to SuperDepor.com, the squad worked at the Cayetano Castro complex. Fitness was prioritised under Gustavo Pacheco, with several youngsters training alongside regular first team players.

In the Clausura 2025, Racing finished second with 35 points, built on 10 wins, five draws and one defeat.
They ended four behind champions J.J. Moreno, a strong return that offers encouragement for what comes next.
If staged, Racing will again take part in the Clasificatorio Patagónico as runners-up of the Valle competition.
