Rasmus Hojlund's permanent move to Napoli confirmed

Manchester United have confirmed that Rasmus Hojlund has left the club to join Napoli on a permanent deal.
The Danish striker joined Napoli on loan for the 2025/26 campaign which included a mandatory buy option should the Italian side qualify for the Champions League.
Napoli ended up finishing second in Serie A to trigger the £38 million transfer with United now confirming the player's departure from Old Trafford.
"Everyone at the club would like to wish Rasmus all the very best for the future," a statement said.
Hojlund enjoyed improved form on his return to Serie A for the campaign in which he scored 17 goals and made six assists across 44 games in all competitions.
During his time with United he played a total of 95 games, bagging 26 goals and making four assists.
