There is no other club in the world of football that feels as synonymous as Real Madrid with the best players in the sport. The Merengues have been known to accumulate the best talents available in the market, and have assembled some highly remarkable squads over the decades.

Real Madrid still follows this policy of bringing the best available talents to their ranks, as is clear by the recent acquisitions of players like Kylian Mbappe, Jude Bellingham, Eduardo Camavinga, Aurelien Tchouameni, Antonio Rudiger, and Arda Guler etc.

This policy is going to continue for the coming years as well, and it seems that Real Madrid are already considering the players that they can incorporate into their squad in the next year.

According to the Spanish publication SPORT, Los Blancos are prioritising the signing of the Manchester City pivot Rodri for the next year, but they also have the Bayern Munich forward Jamal Musiala in their sights.

The Bayern Munich forward has his contract expiring in 2026, and as yet, there has not been an agreement reached between the two parties for a renewal. Thus, if he decides to leave the Bavarian club next year or as a free agent in 2026, the Merengues will push to get him in their team.

However, Real Madrid will face significant competition for his signature, as their La Liga rivals, Barcelona, are also looking at the German magician for the next year, when they hope their finances will be in a comparatively better form.

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich will also try their best to get the forward renewed. In fact, their President recently expressed his side’s intent to keep Musiala in their ranks for as long as possible and to actually make him their next Thomas Muller.

But with almost a full year still remaining till the next summer transfer window, a lot of developments can take place in this operation in the coming months.
