La Liga giants Real Madrid have this week been afforded some altogether welcome positive news on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation that young frontman Endrick has taken his place back on the grass at Valdebebas for the first time this season.
Endrick, for his part, was dealt a fresh setback on the fitness front early last month.
In the final stages of his recovery from a muscular injury picked up back in May, the Brazilian international suffered a relapse during training.
Endrick, as a result, was forced to sit out the entirety of Real Madrid’s Club World Cup campaign.
The 19-year-old missed Real Madrid’s La Liga season opener this past weekend, too, as fellow goalscorer Kylian Mbappé proved himself the difference-maker in a 1-0 victory over Osasuna.
As alluded to above, though, if the latest word stemming from Spain’s capital over the last 24 hours is anything to go by, then Endrick appears to be inching towards a return to competitive action.
This comes amid confirmation that the youngster managed to take his place on the grass at Valdebebas for an individualised training session.
