Real Madrid star ‘pissed off’ with lack of game time | OneFootball

A leading member of the defensive ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid is growing increasingly frustrated by his current situation at the club.

That’s according to The Athletic, who highlight Dani Carvajal as the player in question.

Stopper Carvajal is for his part fresh off another frustrating evening on Sunday.

En route to Real Madrid battling their way past Valencia by two goals to nil, the Spanish international was forced to watch on from the bench for the entirety of the 90 minutes.

As much means that, since returning from his latest injury back in early January, Carvajal has been afforded less than 30 minutes of playing time.

And such struggles, it would appear, are beginning to take their toll…

As per a report from The Athletic:

‘Sources close to the player said he was “p****d off” about not playing’ against Valencia.

It is also noted, though, that ‘he will continue to train hard’.
