Real Madrid left it late to secure a 1-0 win against Getafe in La Liga on Sunday night, courtesy of a Kylian Mbappe goal.

With big games coming up against Juventus and Barcelona, Xabi Alonso made some interesting rotations to the starting lineup, benching the likes of Arda Guler and Vinicius Jr., both of whom came on as substitutes and made an impact.

However, one player who was once again overlooked by the Real Madrid manager was young forward Endrick.

Endrick furious

Now, a report from Mario Cortegana has claimed that Endrick kicked a water bottle in anger after learning that he would not be coming on as a substitute against Getafe last night.

The teenage striker was warming up on the sidelines in the hope of getting an opportunity to come on, but it was not to be and he was asked to go sit on the bench, as Gonzalo Garcia and Brahim Diaz came on.

Angered by the situation, the Brazilian international lashed out by kicking a water bottle. As per the report, manager Alonso noticed what the young striker did and was not at all happy with what he saw.

Frustrating situation

Endrick has now gone without playing an official match for Real Madrid for more than five months now.

The youngster is the only outfield player in the senior squad to not have had a single minute under Xabi Alonso this season, even though he has been available for the last six games after recovering from his injury.

Naturally, the situation can become frustrating for the young attacker, and as such, it is not ruled out that he leaves Real Madrid on loan during the January transfer window.
