Real Madrid have enjoyed a picture perfect start to the new season, with almost every player chiming in with solid performances.

Alonso, for his part, deserves credit for treating everyone equally, which is perhaps why almost everyone in the team has had some form of game-time this season.

However, one of the few players who have yet to feature at all is Endrick. The Brazilian international has been struggling with injury since the summer and returned to action last week.

Although the youngster was a part of Real Madrid’s squad in the last two La Liga matches, he remained an unused substitute.

Endrick is working hard to earn Xabi’s trust

Endrick is aware that he has to make a solid impression in order to gain more game time in the first-team.

Keeping that in mind, AS reports that the young forward is working hard to impress Xabi Alonso and is ready whenever the Real Madrid coach wants to give him an opportunity.

In fact, Endrick even made a post on social media, where he posted several pictures of him training hard, with the caption involving a praying hands emoji.

This signifies that the Brazilian is patiently waiting for his opportunity in the first-team and will be working hard until he receives the opportunity.

Endrick, after all, is coming on the back of a disappointing 2024/25 campaign, where he was barely utilised by former coach Carlo Ancelotti.

This time around, the forward is desperate to impress, knowing failing so could eventually lead to a potential loan deal away from the Santiago Bernabeu.

The youngster was, in fact, closely linked with a move away from Real Madrid in the summer and decided to remain at the club, vowing to fight for his place in the team.
