A member of the academy setup at La Liga giants Real Madrid has on Wednesday unveiled a gift, recently sent to him by first-team star Kylian Mbappé.
The gift in question comes in the form of a personalised jersey, featuring the Frenchman’s signature, and a birthday message.
José Antonio Reyes, namesake of the one-time Real midfielder and Spanish international, was the player to receive the gift.
Reyes, a 17-year-old forward currently plying his trade with Real Madrid’s Juvenil B side, unveiled a photo of the classy gesture on Mbappé’s part on his official Instagram account on Wednesday:
Turning attentions away from matters off the pitch, and back towards proceedings on it, Kylian Mbappé will be hopeful of putting what proved a drama-filled international break behind him this weekend, when Carlo Ancelotti’s Blancos make the trip to Celta Vigo for a La Liga clash.
The 25-year-old has returned to full training alongside his teammates at Valdebebas, and is expected to feature from the off at Balaídos.
