Real Madrid’s Dani Ceballos keen on Marseille move | OneFootball

As revealed by Fabrizio Romano, Olympique de Marseille are in talks with Real Madrid regarding a move for Dani Ceballos (29). Foot Mercato now add that the player himself is keen on making the switch to the Vélodrome.

With Adrien Rabiot (30) being pushed towards the exit door, Marseille will be looking to bring in a reinforcement in midfield before the closure of the transfer window. There are plenty of suitors for the former Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain midfielder, although for now, no team has made a concrete approach.

To replace Rabiot, Ceballos has emerged as the “dream” target, as per Romano. Whilst a deal may be tricky to pull off, the Italian journalist added that talks between OM and Real Madrid over a loan deal were ongoing. The deal, should it be pulled off, would contain a buy option.

Foot Mercato have now added that Ceballos himself would be keen on making the move to Les Phocéens.
