The XI of players expected to be depended upon by La Liga heavyweights Real Madrid to take on Rayo Vallecano has been revealed.

The info comes courtesy of Diario AS, who point towards the following star-studded setup being prepared by Xabi Alonso and his staff:

Courtois; Alexander-Arnold, Militão, Huijsen, Carreras; Güler, Camavinga; Valverde, Bellingham, Vinicius; and Mbappé

Real Madrid are of course primed to make the short trip across Spain’s capital on Sunday evening sitting pretty atop the La Liga table, five points clear of arch rivals Barcelona in 2nd.

This comes with Los Blancos having racked up victories in all but one of their league outings across the campaign to date.

They will nevertheless travel to Vallecas in need of a return to winning ways, though.

As much comes after a midweek trip to England to face Liverpool culminated in a 1-0 defeat for the Spanish heavyweights.
